Codes Enforcement Officer performs interpretation and enforcement of New York State building codes, rules and regulations relating to zoning, land use and building as well as a resource that provides information to property owners, residents and businesses.
The Office of Code Enforcement responds to a variety of complaints and is responsible for enforcing compliance with the State and Local codes as well as the Town of West Monroe Zoning Laws. If you have any questions,concern or would like to file a complaint or to request an inspection, please feel free to contact me.
We encourage and support public safety by ensuring that all buildings, and structures are in compliance with established building codes.
